Ocean Rodeo Rise A-Series Kite
2022 GKA Move of the Year: Mega S-Kite Loop
The results speak for themselves. The Rise was the top performing Big Air Kite of 2022!
The Rise is a high-performance big air kite that was developed in partnership with ALUULA Composites. It is made from 82gsm ALUULA Gold composite material and ALUULA Seam technology, which gives it a power-to-weight ratio that is twice that of traditional Dacron airframes. The Rise also has a higher pressure rating than the industry standard, which allows it to withstand more extreme conditions.
The Rise has set a new standard in acceleration, precision control, big air torque, and stratospheric performance. It is incredibly stable and easy to control, even in strong winds. This makes it the perfect kite for riders who want to push the limits of big air.
However, it is important to note that the Rise is a very powerful kite. It is recommended that riders ease into their first jumps, especially in strong winds, in order to adjust to the new performance level.
Features of Rise A-Series:
- Ultra-lightweight ALUULA Gold composite material
- High pressure rating
- Incredibly stable and easy to control
- Powerful and responsive
- Perfect for big air

FULL ALUULA AIRFRAME
Traditionally, removing struts from kites has been a trade-off between performance and weight. On the one hand, a lighter kite is easier to launch and fly in light wind conditions. On the other hand, a lighter kite is less stable and doesn’t perform as well in high wind conditions.
The ALUULA airframe solves this problem by combining the best of both worlds. It is made from a lightweight and strong composite material that is also very stiff. This allows the kite to retain all three struts while still being as light as a no-strut or one-strut kite. The evenly balanced weight distribution of the struts and the light leading edge also help to prevent the kite from back stalling or luffing.
The ALUULA airframe is precision curved to match the airfoil profile, and it is sewn using super-tough Quad Lock stitching. This ensures that the airframe is both lightweight and strong, and that it can withstand the rigors of kitesurfing.

The Rise features an ALUULA 82 gsm composite airframe, which is incredibly light and stiff. This makes it perform well in both light and high wind conditions. The airframe can also be tuned with a higher PSI than traditional Dacron kites, which further enhances its performance in high winds.
The ALUULA airframe is a cutting-edge technology that has revolutionized the kitesurfing industry. It offers the best of both worlds: lightweight construction and exceptional performance.
